Plastics and films manufacturer ORAFOL is making modifications to its main production site in Oranienburg, Germany, to run on liquefied natural gas (LNG). Mimaki has joined other Japanese wide format manufacturers in announcing good sales growth for the first quarter of 2022. Sales revenues were just over $2 billion in Australian dollars - a rise of 14.8% over 2021 first quarter - but profits took a slight hit, reflecting the global business costs environment.
