Konica Minolta IJ Technologies, Inc. has announced the launch of Nassenger VII.
Konica Minolta IJ Technologies, Inc. has announced the launch of Nassenger VII, a high-speed inkjet textile printer equipped with newly developed high-performance inkjet printheads.
Sales of the printer will begin in the European market in mid-April, 2009.
The new Nassenger VII, is characterised by newly developed 512-nozzle high-speed drive inkjet printheads to deliver a maximum print speed of 210m2 per hour (about 3.6 times faster than its predecessor, Nassenger V) making it one of the fastest inkjet textile printers in the world.
The printer is equipped with a multi-gradation recording mode to control droplet size thus enabling the reproduction of a wide range of tones from the lightest to the darkest. The new mode allows printers to meet the varying design needs of the textile industry while constantly ensuring high-quality printing.
The Nassenger VI is equipped with a high-capacity ink tanks that can hold 10 litres for each colour. The inline degassing unit incorporated in the ink supply system ensures greater stability during long hours of operation. Maximum fabric width is 1,850mm.
Konica Minolta will exhibit and demonstrate Nassenger VII at FESPA Digital 2009. It is not known yet if the machine will become available in the Australia and New Zealand region.
