Global Graphics Software has been granted a US patent for “Methods and systems for indicating and replacing missing element(s) in print job files prior to printing” by the US Patent and Trademark Office.

Ricoh Q1 sales up 8% despite shortages

Ricoh said sales for the first quarter (April 1 – June 30, 2022) increased by 8.1% PCP to ¥459.3 billion ($4.9 billion AUD). “Growth and sales recovered moderately due to the continued impact of material shortages and COVID-19,” the company reported. “In the industrial printing business, sales increased due to strong sales of components mainly for sign graphics.”

Xerox confirms Steven Bandrowczak as CEO

JCDecaux H1 revenue jumps 36% to €1.4 billion

Global outdoor advertising leader JCDecaux says first-half 2022 revenue was above expectations thanks to strong growth in digital and a strong recovery in Street Furniture, which was back to pre-Covid revenue levels. Billboards also grew significantly, up 21.9% and now above 2019 revenue in Asia-Pacific.

Epson projectors light up Auckland Museum

It's a great venue in the heart of one of Sydney's busiest shopping zones. Spicers to offset CO2 emissions with native forests

Industry supplier Spicers Australia has signed a partnership with environmental group Greenfleet to offset its carbon emissions through native reforestation. “We are proud of the impact we’re about to make,” said Spicers CEO David Martin.

Epson Q1 revenue up 5.6% to ¥297 billion despite shortages

Epson recorded ¥297.8 billion ($3.2 billion AUD) in revenue in the first quarter to June 30, 2022 as profit fell by 6.6% to ¥22.6 billion due to soaring transportation and parts costs. "Will implement dynamic pricing and cost control,” Epson said.

Avery Dennison posts 11% Q2 sales jump to $2.3 billion
