NSW commercial printer Genr8 Printing says its new Roland VersaUV LEF-300 benchtop UV printer gives customers “a little bit of something extra.”
Owner Yianni Moratidis says he’s been impressed with the variety of custom applications the company can now produce with its LEF-300, including printing to substrates such as glass, acrylic, leather and tiles. “You name it, we can print on it,” he says.
A recent example was printing directly onto tiles to create a unique custom look for a client’s bar area. With a quick turnaround on jobs, Moratidis says his customers can “get what they want, when they want.”
He recommends Roland DG's service and support. “Investing in a Roland product is investing in a great partnership. From the initial purchase, to the installation, to the service…it has been second-to-none. I have no hesitation recommending Roland or the VersaUV LEF-300.”
Established in 2008 as Genr8 Entertainment, musician Moratidis started Newcastle-based digital print business Genr8 when he saw an opportunity to offer print solutions to his existing customer base in the Greater Hunter region of NSW.
Genr8 Printing, located at Wallsend, a western suburb of Newcastle, designs and prints all its products in-house, including small format jobs ranging from business cards and flyers to larger format work such as posters, signage, banners and wallpaper.
Roland DG Australia, a leading manufacturer of wide format inkjet printers and 3D devices, released a video featuring Moratidis and his company in the latest instalment of its Roland User video series (video above).
