The Gold Coast is proving a popular choice of venue for the first Visual Impact expo for 2020, with visitor pre-registrations for the show up 50% on the last iteration of the event, the 2018 Brisbane show.

Peter Harper, CEO of show organiser Visual Connections, said Visual Impact’s strong position as the leading regional show for sign, display, engraving, wide-format, textiles and graphics made it a popular choice for businesses not only local to the show, but from across Australia and New Zealand and surrounding areas.
“We have had strong support from leading suppliers who will be showcasing their latest solutions, and the co-location of the first national sign and display conference, together with both the ASGA/FESPA Australia HP Awards for Excellence and the Queensland PICA presentations, has no doubt contributed to this very pleasing pre-registration rush,” he said.
Visual Impact Gold Coast will run from Thursday 30 April until Saturday 2 May at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre.
The ASGA/FESPA Australia HP National Conference will commence with a dinner on the Wednesday night and run through until the Saturday morning, with its awards on the Friday evening. The award entries deadline in the 22 categories has been extended to 9 March.
The Queensland PICAs will be presented on the Thursday night.
