The collection of companies that comprise the Skope Group and affiliated companies has gone into administration with Cor Cordis' Alan Walker appointed as administrator. This is just a few months after a DOCA was implemented for their connected entity Clear Skies Pty Ltd, that promised 30 cents in the dollar to creditors within 3 years...which now looks unlikely to happen.

The chequered history of Ann and Charles Orren's Skope Group has taken another turn, with the appointment of Cor Cordis' Alan Lee Walker as administrator on 2nd March.
Last year, the Skope-controlled Clear Skies manufacturing arm was put into administration and a DOCA accepted by creditors, including the ATO, that promised 30 cents in the dollar by 2022.
In his report to creditors, Clear Skies administrator and DOCA implementor Stephen Thorn of PKF noted:
“(Ann Orren) May be a shadow and/or de facto director of the Company” (Clear Skies), including that she signed off on the Clear Skies leases, she liaised with the Clear Skies accountants, she installed the current Clear Skies sole director and shareholder Robert Price in his position, and she is a signatory to the Clear Skies bank account.”
That her partner Charles Orren , despite not officially being listed as a director, is involved in the failed businesses was indicated by his on-going management of the Scream Visual manufacturing arm, signing documents as 'director' and making abusive phone calls to the media.
Last November, Melbourne sign contractor DI Signs sought a winding-up order over Skope Group for unpaid debt and this was set aside before the hearing commenced, presumably by payment of the debt.
More will follow once we can contact Cor Cordis. Here is a list of past reports on Skope and connected companies, in reverse order:
