Over the past six weeks, Mimaki’s Virtual Print Festival registered over four million views, with more than 2000 people actively participating in webinars, virtual coffee sessions and other online events.
“We cannot be more grateful for the overwhelming support and success achieved, and we thank each and every one of you who visited, interacted and engaged with us over this period,” Mimaki Europe said in a statement.
Visitors to the Virtual Print Festival took virtual guided tours with Mimaki experts via video demonstrations that were scheduled regularly throughout the event.
One showroom tour video focused on latest additions to Mimaki’s sign and graphics portfolio, the Mimaki UJV100-160 UV printer and OKI ColorPainter M-64s.
Another video featured the versatile Tx300P-1800 MkII, released last year, which offers both direct-to-textile and sublimation transfer printing.
“While the festival is ending, our Tx300P-1800 MkII campaign has just started,” said Mimaki. “Designed to produce a wide range of materials with one printer, this unique hybrid textile printer combines multiple inks for both direct-to-textile and paper printing with interchangeable print platens."
Senior product manager Bert Benckhuysen says the machine is the ultimate solution for textile sampling, short-runs and on-demand printing.
