Industry think-tank Ascent Partners presents a free Webinar - Regroup, Sell or Close? Many printers were sailing close to the wind pre COVID-19 and with significant falls in sales in most sectors, a large number are being kept afloat with Government subsidies, such as JobKeeper, COVID-19 insolvency laws and creditor assistance; some are doing okay. Help is at hand from Ascent Partners and seasoned industry professionals, on July 30th 2020 - be there (virtually!)

For Sign, Display and other print businesses, the Federal Government's Mini-Budget, to be delivered on July 23rd, will announce changes to the assistance packages. From that, businesses will need to make some hard calls such as how to regroup as an organisation (i.e. right sizing, downsizing, merging, collaborating, affiliations), or perhaps bringing forward plans to sell or close the business.

This webinar will aim to:

  • Provide a current Market Overview by sector. Detail the July 23rd Mini Budget changes to grants, assistance packages and insolvency laws.
  • Discuss the need to objectively plan next steps for your business in light of those  changes.
  • Discuss the main options: - REGROUP as an organisation / change your business model.  - SELL the business / what has changed in business values?- CLOSE the business / Exit now / What are the options?
