The New Zealand Sign & Display Association (NZSDA) has joined with sponsor Computaleta to launch a survey of the NZ signage industry. Participants can win an EKEN 4K HDR camera or a blue tooth speaker.
“The Association vision is simple … we want to know the nitty-gritty of the industry, where we are heading, what are the future trends, how important is the right connections and what value do we place on our own capabilities,” says NZSDA. “We want to help lead the change to develop solutions to enable a stronger, connected, and more valuable sign industry for everyone.
“Those who participate will go in the draw to win either an EKEN 4K HDR action camera or Blue Tooth Speaker and will also receive a report on the valuable insights into our future. So, if you want to be in the know, just do it, it only takes 5 minutes from your day to have your say!”

The NZSDA has been around for over 50 years, bound together by a Code of Practice to uphold standards of craftsmanship and business ethics. “The Association, with the assistance of its local members, keeps a close watch on local body legislation and local by-laws in town or district planning, as rules concerning sign usage increase,” it says. “A town planning consultant is employed by the Association to represent the industry at legislative hearings, challenging ill-considered rules.”
Suppliers association Visual Connections just completed its Great Australian Sign Survey to map the current state of the Australian sign industry.
