Entries are now open for the Pride in Print 2021 Awards for the best in visual print communication products produced in New Zealand. Each sector of the printing industry is covered, with expert panels of judges analysing every entry.
Established in 1993 with the goal to promote excellence in print, the Pride In Print Awards this year introduces a new category - The Business Awards.
“These awards are intended to highlight the businesses that are driving the future of the industry,” say the organisers. “There are three categories - Sustainability, Wellness & Innovation, each of which are an important factor in the success of a business and the evolution of the industry, ensuring that print continues to have a great story to tell.”
Pride in Print judging is based on technical excellence in all facets of the production process, typography and good design, allowing specialists to make judgements based on the potential and the limits of processes, and the materials and equipment used.

The 2021 Pride In Print Awards will be presented at the Cordis Hotel in Auckland on Friday 25 June 2021. Details about purchasing tickets will be available in the new year.
This year’s Pride in Print event was cancelled because of COVID-19 but a 2020 virtual awards ceremony was streamed live online.
