With face-to-face training remaining on hold for now, Roland DG Australia will once again run online training courses for customers beginning this month and running through to May. Places are limited to eight people per class.
The courses – launched in 2020 - are delivered online by expert Roland DG trainers to a small group, to encourage participation and interaction with attendees.
"With face-to-face events and training difficult to plan and book in the current environment, online training is becoming a key way for us to connect with and support our customers" said Greg Stone, product and marketing manager at Roland DG Australia. "Last year, we received great feedback from attendees on the format of the Roland Academy Online training, and we are looking forward to adding new courses and topics in 2021."
Arn Betteridge from Signature Clothing found that he has discovered printer settings that result in "both time saving and better organisation of my workflow." Barbie Freeman from Ratbag Industries thought the trainer showed "professionalism and great knowledge" of the products, and returning attendee Ken Douglas from Perth Stitchings said: "I find these sessions really relevant and I would definitely like them to continue".
