157LC Signs, a small but well established signage business, completed a range of sign fabrication and installation work for clients including Village Cinemas, Crown Casino, Elders, Pizza Hut, The Kidstore and Politix.

The company’s website has now been taken down and the phone number is disconnected.

According to a NOTICE OF WINDING UP ORDER AND APPOINTMENT AS LIQUIDATOR/PROVISIONAL LIQUIDATOR posted on the ASIC site, LC Signs Pty Ltd is now in liquidation, with the Supreme Court of Victoria appointing Liam Bellamy as its liquidator.

Few other details are yet available apart from an online business listing that links to another company called graphi, which promises a "new online tool for making 3D graphs coming soon.”

According to another business listing site: “After spending 10 years in the industry, directors Luke and Clint had found that most companies were starting to mass import completed signs from outside of Australia, a lot of the signs that were given to them to install were not up to Australian Standards and lasted less than half the time that they were supposed to.

“They believed they could fulfil a need for the Australian signage marketplace by taking their combined knowledge and experience and their collaborated contacts within the professional industry to put together a custom fabrication and installation workplace and in 2012, LC SIGNS was born.”

Contact person for the liquidator is James Tucker on 1300 904 946, facsimile: 03 9070 4630, email enquiries@cnrri.com.au
