The owners of Gold Coast sign business System Signs have decided the company will be wound up and have appointed Timothy Cook as liquidator.

System Signs, based at Yatala and run by director Sean Donnelly and administrator Michelle Van Der Ryken, has been in business since 2011, offering outdoor signage, car wraps, neon, LED signs and more to clients in Brisbane, the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast, Queensland.

Donnelly has worked in the signwriting industry for 21 years, with skills including hand written signwriting, graphic design, vinyl application, electronic lighting (Neon/LED), steel fabrication, 3D Letter fabrication, digital printing and installation.
“Our team is made up of qualified signwriters and professional sign fabricators who produce outstanding quality signage that lasts,” said the company website. “We have collaborative working relationships with a trusted pool of subcontractors upon whom to draw for specific areas of each sign project.”
Clients included Coca-Cola Amatil, Ultra Tune, Moreton Bay Regional Council and the Leukaemia Foundation.
In 2019, the company faced a winding up hearing in the Supreme Court of Victoria after an application filed by a supplier.
An ASIC post this week said: “Notice is given that at a general meeting of the members of the company held on 04 May 2021, it was resolved that the company be wound up and that Timothy James Cook be appointed liquidator.”
