Mystique Print, a well-established Melbourne business offering offset, digital and wide format printing as well as creative services and marketing, has gone into liquidation and will be wound up. The company also has a branch in Surry Hills, Sydney.

Mystique, located at 25 Laser Drive, Rowville (pictured above) in Melbourne’s south-east, was founded 31 years ago and headed by managing director Darren Greene.
The company’s Facebook page describes Mystique as a “sustainable and multi-dimensional printing business serving a varied range of clients nationwide based in Rowville, VIC and Surry Hills, NSW. As Australia’s only government certified 100% Carbon Neutral full service print provider, we aim to fulfill your print needs in the most original, affordable and environmentally ethical way.”
Mystique’s range of services included pre-press, offset, digital and large format, (pull-up banners, corflute signage, banner mesh, window and wall decals, external decals and posters, shapecut stickers), as well as online inventory, warehousing and distribution.
An ASIC notice posted this week said MYSTIQUE PRINT PTY LTD (Trading name: AS TRUSTEE FOR THE MYSTIQUE GRAPHICS UNIT TRUST) is now in liquidation, with liquidators from Dye & Co. appointed on Tuesday 16 November.
“Notice is given that at a general meeting of the members of the company held on 16 November 2021, it was resolved that the company be wound up and that Shane Leslie Deane and Nicholas Giasoumi be appointed liquidator(s).”
Few other details are yet available. The company’s Melbourne phone rings out and its 1-300 number is out of operation. The liquidator has been contacted for comment.
