Océ say the wide-format graphic arts market is set to grow at an annual rate of 6% per year and the acquisition of Intersoft is part of it's overall wide format strategy.
Intersoft develops and sells specialised workflow software as well as distributing printers, scanners and print media to the French wide-format sector.
Through the acquisition, Océ will be offering the Intersoft specialised workflow software products to customers worldwide.
