Long-delayed physical open houses are again being organised by suppliers of sign making technologies. Starleaton kicks off the season this Wednesday, March 16th for an open house in partnership with Epson at its Yennora NSW experience centre. This will cover the whole range of Epson roll, flatbed and DTG printers. Graphic Art Mart has teamed with Roland DG for an April 7th 'Demo Day' on Roland's new IU-1000F flatbed printer.

Open Houses and Demo Days are an excellent way to see equipment working with the added advantage that trained technicians are onsite to answer any technical questions. The two Open Houses are both in NSW are in the showrooms of Epson and Roland DG and presented by Starleaton and Graphic Art Mart respectively.
Epson's customer experience centre at Yennora is 30km West of Sydney's CBD while Frenchs Forest where Roland DG is, is 13 km North.
Starleaton is presenting Epson's SureColour -R, -S an -P series of roll printers plus the F- series (fabric dye sub), -T series (technical CAD/GIS) and V-series (flatbed). Hours are 10am-4pm tomorrow, Wednesday 15th March and registration to attend can be made on THIS LINK.
Graphic Art Mart will focus on the new Roland DG IU-1000F flatbed LED-UV printer. It has a bed size of 2510mm x 1310mm and height clearance of 110mm. It is a 4-colour CMYK printer plus a 5th channel for either White or Gloss varnish, and a sixth for Primer. Four vacuum zones can be pressure-adjusted.
The Graphic Art Mart event takes place on Thursday 7th April in two sessions: 9:30am - 12:30 and 1:00pm - 4:00pm.
