Kodak will feature its high-speed Prosper inkjet presses, Prinergy workflow software and Sonora offset plates at PacPrint 2022, the print technology exhibition taking place from June 28 to July 1 at the Melbourne Convention and Exhibition Centre. Resurgent Eastman Kodak Company last week posted global revenue of $1.15 billion for 2021, with net income of $24 million compared to a loss of $541m in 2020.

Kodak’s disruptive Continuous Inkjet Technology combines high printing speeds and superior quality with cost-effective output using water-based KODAK nanoparticulate pigment inks.
The Kodak team will demonstrate KODAK PRINERGY Workflow Software (pictured above), the leading prepress automation software which enables printers to increase productivity, cut turnaround times and reduce costs. KODAK SONORA XTRA, Kodak’s next-generation process free offset plate delivering a stronger image contrast (see above), faster CTP imaging speeds and improved handling robustness, plus sustainability and waste savings in prepress and on press. Eastman Kodak Company last week reported a boost in revenue to $US1.15 billion for full year 2021, compared with $1.029 billion for 2020. GAAP Net income of $24 million compared with a net loss of $541 million for 2020.
“Kodak continued to navigate through an unusually challenging business environment in 2021 and delivered revenue growth in all our segments for the first time in years,” said Jim Continenza, Kodak’s executive chairman and CEO. “We also saw increases in customer satisfaction and market share in our key print business, achievements which reflect the success of our ongoing strategy: focus on our core businesses in commercial print and advanced materials and chemicals, invest in product innovation and put our customers at the centre of everything we do.”
