Day one of the ISA International Sign Expo has ended in Atlanta and the mood is positive. The sign, graphics and visual communications industry is gathering in Atlanta for the industry’s largest tradeshow, ISA International Sign Expo 2022, which runs from May 4-6. It marks the first time since 2019 that the event has been held in person.

Atlanta is about 14 hours back from AEST, so opening day has just ended.

“We’re so excited to return to in-person events,” said Lori Anderson, ISA president and CEO. “Over the course of a few days, attendees can tackle head on the biggest challenges their businesses face, whether finding products that improve efficiencies as a solution to the workforce crisis, or exploring new suppliers to meet the supply chain challenges. And there is a powerful benefit in networking, in understanding that what you’re facing is not unique to you.”

ISA International Sign Expo marks its 75th anniversary during this year’s event, something that will be celebrated during ISA ROCKS: The Industry Party. During that event, roads around the Georgia World Congress Center will be closed, allowing for an outdoor celebration. The show has around 400 exhibitors and typically attracts around 20,000 visitors.

Inside, the tradeshow floor features innovations from hundreds of exhibitors, including dozens of first-time exhibitors housed in a New Exhibitor Pavilion. Dozens of education courses provide the latest insights and opportunities related to the industry.

“As a business owner, it is important to invest in professional development by attending industry events, and the ISA’s International Sign Expo is one of the most important events to attend each year if you own a sign business,” said A.J. Titus, president of Signarama. “That is why we schedule our annual convention to coincide with this conference, so our franchise owners can maximize their investment by making important industry connections and staying informed on trends.”
