Well-established Sydney print business Print Right Australia has gone into administration and a first meeting of creditors will take place this week.
Print Right was established 10 years ago in the inner west suburb of Marrickville and offered a range of offset and digital services, including general printing, signage, large format, labels, garment printing, vehicle wraps and more.
On September 2, the company appointed Kenneth Whittingham and Brett Lord of Kroll Advisory as administrators. An ASIC notice says a first meeting of creditors will be held via teleconference at 11am on 14 September,
The meeting will consider proof of debt and proxies, and whether to appoint a committee of inspection.
Creditors wishing to attend are advised that proof of debt and proxies are to be submitted to the Administrator - via aaron.kang@kroll.com - by 5.00pm AEST on 13 September 2022.
Due to the threat of Covid-19 and consistent with government policy on gatherings, the meeting will be held by electronic means only and there will be no physical meeting place available.
