ASX-listed IVE Group has rebranded 2021 acquisitions AFI Branding and Active Display Group as Brand Activations - “a full-service display, signage and activation value proposition."
“We’re delighted to announce the launch of Brand Activations, a new and unparalleled offering in the Australia market,” said IVE Group.
“Brand Activations will bring together a full-service display, signage and activation value proposition to the retail, events and exhibition industries. Brand Activations sees our existing Retail Display teams, AFI Branding and Active Display Group [both acquired in November 2021] come together to offer the most comprehensive onshore capabilities in Australia.
“The newly formed Brand Activations includes in-house design teams, large scale print production (including wide format and fabric), hardware manufacturing and fabrication, alongside a national installation network. Brand Activations has state-of-the-art production facilities in NSW and VIC.
“From idea to execution, Brand Activations will specialise in creating temporary, semi-permanent, permanent display solutions, and physical activations, for a client base of global and Australian brands,” IVE said in a press release.
In December 2022, AFI Branding - Australia's largest fabric signage and display manufacturer - completed its relocation into IVE Group’s Retail Display facility at Braeside in Melbourne. The move was delayed by several months due to weather events and Covid.
