eProductivity Software (ePS), the recent software spin-off from EFI, has announced that it has acquired UK-based Tharstern Group, the management information system (MIS) software provider serving hundreds of customers, primarily in the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, as well as in North America, Australia, New Zealand and South Africa.

Tharstern has a long-standing presence, since 2005, in the ANZ region under Managing Director Tresta Keegan and in 2017 released a signage-friendly costing and estimating platform that included calculation for installation, plant hire, electrical and all the ancilliary aspects of sign-making in order to get the final product installed. Tharstern has already adopted the ePS 'colour swirl' logo to identify it as part of the group.
