With the start of FESPA today, Orafol will showcase several new products. The focus of the trade show presentation will be on paint protection films for premium vehicles and others PVC-free alternatives to the standard range. Orafol will offer trade visitors a car wrapping show every day of the trade fair at its stand C60 in hall B2.
Orafol's paint protection films in the ORAGUARD 2815 Stone Guard Film series are highly transparent thermoplastic films made of polyurethane. They are specially designed to protect surfaces, such as those of premium vehicles, from mechanical damage or environmental influences. These solutions effectively preserve the original paint color of vehicles, maintaining their value.
At FESPA, Orafol will introduce new developments featuring a "lotus effect." The new additions to the product range, ORAGUARD 2815GF+ in a glossy finish and ORAGUARD 2815MF+ in a matt finish, provide highly effective and long-lasting protection against contamination from dust and dirt.
Live Car Wrapping with ORAJET 3971RA+ ProSlide
Throughout FESPA, a live car wrapping demonstration will be held at the Orafol Group booth. Visitors can witness the quality of the PVC-free product and consult with an expert regarding the professional processing of the product and the appropriate PVC-free laminate. The cast thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) film was developed as a PVC-free alternative for vehicle wrapping and other long-term applications. ORAJET 3971RA+ ProSlide offers excellent formability. Orafol's RapidAir and ProSlide technologies ensure quick and easy application of the film on complex surfaces with deep contours and curves. This white high-gloss PVC-free film delivers exceptional printability across all digital printing platforms. When combined with the transparent and PVC-free laminate, ORAGUARD 279, it achieves particularly long-lasting results.
A mysterious kiss of gold for striking deluxe car wraps
The extensive color selection of high-quality ORACAL® 970 Premium Wrapping Cast films has been expanded to include new gold tones in both gloss and matt finishes: "Copper Kiss," "Divine Gold," and "Champagne Myst." ORACAL 970 Premium Wrapping Cast films are multi-layer cast high-performance PVC films renowned for their excellent dimensional stability. They are ideally suited for use on curved surfaces, beads, and rivets. At the Orafol booth at the FESPA trade show in Munich, all 136 colors can be digitally simulated in 3D.
