- Six quad-linear Fujifilm lenses with Toshiba colour CCDs capture all details in up to 1200 dpi optical resolution – twice the competition’s image quality.
- Patent-pending laser-controlled camera adjustment and motorized focus adjustment make focusing easy as well.
- The lamps in HD Apeiron/42 recreate the natural daylight spectrum using cutting-edge LEDs with TRI-RTM technology. This, plus the design of LED strips mounted in elliptical reflectors, results in correct and uniform colors – and no distance fading.
- Museum-correct light with no UV/IR radiation conserves the art.
- Award-winning Nextimage software forms the operational foundation of the scanner.
