Applications are now being received for the 2009 GAMAA Leadership Programme - Scholarships.
Scholarships are open to all individuals working in the graphic media and printing technologies industry who have the support of their employer.Since 2003 GAMAA has been committed to encouraging individuals to pursue and explore further study particularly in relationship to the development of leadership skills.
Samantha Crock GAMAA Education Manager says, “The GAMAA Leadership Scholarship is unique to our industry providing successful applicants with financial, educational and professional support over three years.”
The GAMAA scholarship comprises a cash injection towards formal study, coaching and mentoring plus participation in the Association’s annual Leadership workshop programme.
Since its inception 30 people have been awarded a GAMAA Leadership Education Scholarship.
“We encourage anyone who is thinking of pursuing study to take up this opportunity to further their career path in our industry. The GAMAA Leadership Education Programme is a wonderful way to connect with people in the industry and to learn from leading business people and educators," she concludes.
