Eurotech has introduced a new printable wall covering into its Evolve range – Tranzform - a premium, digitally printable self-adhesive PVC-free wallpaper media which is removable and printable by various digital methods.
Tranzform is designed for easy installation, and can be applied within seconds, thanks to its specially formulated acrylic adhesive that allows for multiple applications and removability.
Evolve Tranzform Wallpaper is available in - 1067mm wide x 50metre long rolls and can be slit down to narrower widths on request. It features an attractive anti-glare, matt finish that does not reflect lighting ‘hot spots.’ The material thickness is 340 microns and liner is 80 micron Clay Kraft.
Tranzform is a non-woven ‘Peel and Stick’ material comprising 90% paper and 10% polyester fibres. Being easy to apply with a squeegee, it is repositionable without ‘flopping around’ or stretching which can be problematical with PVC or Polyester materials.
In short, Eurotech claims it is ‘real wallpaper’ – without the messy wet-applied adhesive paste.
Tranzform can be printed using UV or Latex methods, as well as dry toner as used with the Xeikon wallpaper printer. ICC profiles are available for download.
