In order to support its rapidly growing customer base of Mutoh wide format printers, Melbourne-based national industry supplier Total Image Supplies (TIS) has appointed an experienced technician, Bayezid Hossen – just ‘Hossen’ to colleagues and customers – to provide a broad range of services including installation, training, colour profiling, parts management, documentation and overall system optimisation to ensure high uptime and complete customer satisfaction.
Hossen has a BSc in Electrical & Electronic Engineering and six years working with wide format technologies
Hossen brings with him broad practical knowledge as an Electrical & Electronic Engineer, in which he holds a Bachelor of Science degree, together with with six years of international experience, specifically in large format printing technology and software, working with all the major RIP manufacturers.
On joining Total Image Supplies, Hossen says: “I am passionate about solving complex machine problems, learning about new
