“It's so important for regional students to see what’s possible, and where a trade qualification in our industry could lead.”

The Northwest Regional Careers Expo is the largest regional careers expo for Years 10, 11, and 12 students in New South Wales, expecting to welcome over 2,200 students from across the New England region. The event provides valuable access to a wide range of exhibitors from various industries, offering students insights into diverse career and business development opportunities. Exhibitors are also given an opportunity to speak with parents at a dedicated parent’s night the day before.

Karren Challoner-Miles, Executive General Manager of Visual Connections, who are supporting this event with Sign & Print Career Connections resources, adds: “We’re delighted to see Jo leading this regional initiative for Women in Print. Inspiring, equipping and encouraging young people at the very start of their creative or trade career journey is one of the most impactful ways we can shape the future of our industry.”

Women in Print can be found on booth AH3 in the Associations Hub of PacPrint 2025 at the Sydney Olympic Park Showgrounds from 20th-23rd May.
