Exhibitors and experts are getting behind the considered move by FESPA to ensure that this year’s FESPA Global Print Expo at the Fira de Barcelona from 19th-22nd May has something in it for everyone, taking place as it is alongside Personalisation Experience, European Sign Expo, WrapFest and the new Textile and Corrugated events.

Over the last few months, the FESPA Global Print Expo organisers have been firing out a litany of media releases confirming exhibitor lists and talking to the opportunity that each ‘event within an event’ promises to open up. The over-arching message is that this is the place to be for print professionals across virtually all market sectors, from vehicle wrapping to corrugated packaging, from signage and visual communication to personalisation and customisation.
And the real value proposition is that a ticket to one event, assures a ticket to all, which is a win-win scenario for visitors and exhibitors alike, albeit recognising that the event differentiation will also make it easier for visitors to find and mingle with their respective ‘tribe’.
Nick Kirby, Non‑Executive Director, Zeus Packaging and FESPA Corrugated Ambassador, says: “The corrugated industry is more advanced than ever before, so FESPA’s decision to launch its inaugural Corrugated event could not be better timing and I look forward to seeing an array of diverse solutions at the show – from next‑generation digital print and converting systems to low-impact materials that help packaging manufacturers, converters and brands to address their challenges. Corrugated really is set to be ‘The Place For Experts’.”
The first edition of this Corrugated event is a joint venture with Brunton Publications, with Bobst is the overall event sponsor, Canon as the Gold sponsor; and Kongsberg Precision Cutting Systems as the Bronze sponsor. Confirmed exhibitors already include: Barberan, Baysek Solutions, BW Papersystems Frankfurt, Canon, Cuir, Dücker Prefeeder, Freidheim International, HP, Hybrid Software Development, JD Engineers, Kento Digital Printing, Koenig & Bauer, Kongsberg PCS, Scodix, Sun Automation Group, TCY Machinery and Wonderjet.
Meanwhile, the exhibitor line-up for European Sign Expo 2026 includes a mix of returning and first-time brands, with Bermaq, Domino Sign, Fotocol Online, Letra Corpórea, LT-Systems Europe, MW Displays, Pro Media Plus, Rami 1958, SD Srl, SignLED Imagen, The Dizain Werbetechnik and Very Displays all already locked in.
Michael Ryan, Head of FESPA Global Print Expo and European Sign Expo, says: “This event offers a valuable platform for signage and visual communications professionals to network with experts in the field and discover new trends affecting the market landscape.”
“With their European Sign Expo tickets, visitors will also be able to access our other co-located events, and three conference programmes, and see solutions across print, personalisation, signage, textiles and corrugated – all of which complement signage applications.”
WrapFest 2026 will itself cover more than 2,000 square metres of exhibition space (in Hall 2), welcoming specialist manufacturers operating in films, adhesives, laminates and surface wrapping solutions. Confirmed exhibitors for WrapFest include 3M, American Biltrite, Antalis International, APA Spa, Arlon Graphics, HEXIS, Lintec Europe, LX Hausys, Neschen Coating, Quantica, SIR Visual and Space Tailor, with companies like Epson, HP, Mimaki, Mutoh and Roland also highlighting how their technologies support faster turnaround times and the finishing touches in wrapping applications.
In addition, visitors will be able to explore a multitude of self-adhesive films, decorative surfaces and functional materials from brands including: BP-TECK New Material, Conergies (Zhejiang) New Material, Goldensign Industry, Graphictac Film, Superficies y Recubrimientos, Carlas Industrial and Zhen Chang Adhesive.
Duncan MacOwan, Head of Marketing and events at FESPA, comments: “WrapFest is an essential meeting point for the wrapping community and we can’t wait to bring our most extensive exhibitor line-up to them this year. But by running the event in Barcelona, we’re also able to connect this community with the wider speciality print landscape.”
