Aiming to channel all the high-octane drama of this weekend’s Australian Grand Prix, Roland DG Australia is opening up its Melbourne Creative Centre for a two-day ‘Race Meet’ (18th and 19th March) to showcase its most advanced eco-solvent production powerhouses - the TrueVIS XP-640 and the TrueVIS XG-640.

Citing its ‘super-charged blend of versatility and performance’, the XP-640 proports to be twice as productive as Roland DG’s previous TrueVIS print-only model and features newly designed dual staggered printheads and a newly developed Red ink capability (along with CMYK, Black, Green, and Orange for a significantly expanded colour gamut).

The next-generation TrueVIS XG-640 is Roland DG's fastest large format, eco-solvent, printer cutter ever - nearly twice as fast as the VG3-640. Advanced dual staggered printheads allow for top print speeds of up to 76 sqm/hr (Billboard Mode) and the printer features new TR3 eco-solvent inks, available in dual CMYK or expanded gamut 8-colour configurations including Orange, Green, and White options. The printer also boasts enhanced usability with a 7-inch touch panel, automatic media gap adjustment, and other cutting-edge features designed to simplify operations.

According to Roland DG Australia, the two-day Open Day event has been tailored specifically for print professionals looking to:

- upgrade existing equipment

- expand production capability

- increase speed, precision and consistency

Attendees will have direct access to Roland DG product specialists, who will demonstrate workflows, answer technical questions and provide insights into how the latest TrueVIS technology can accelerate business growth.

The event will be held on 18th and 19th March (9-5 both days) at Roland DG Australia's Melbourne Creative Centre, 10/125 Rooks Road, Nunawading
