Previously with Paperlinx subsidiaries Dalton Paper and iMedia, Aliphon has also worked with Rebel Paper, Boomerang Paper and Reding Paper Products in areas of customer service, sales and account management. He
has constantly upgraded his business and technical skills and holds a Certificate of Business Studies III from Perth TAFE, and has attended several paper workshops including one at Wesley Vale, the former APM mill in Tasmania.

Aliphon himself is keen on the challenges ahead, saying; “Having been exposed to the growth trends in wide-format inkjet printing in my previous role, I am genuinely excited by this very visual and creative side of paper and media supply. Starleaton’s range of wide format media is amongst the most extensive in the industry and I like the way they support the supply side with sound technical advice and trouble-shooting. I’m really looking forward to getting around WA’s signage, display and photographic houses to meet and help the customers.”
Soon to be married to his long-term girlfriend, (“but first I have to survive the Bali Buck’s Party!”), Steve Aliphon is an avid movie buff, is into electro and hip-hop music and enjoys nothing better than socialising with his friends and family.
