Adobe will be presenting seminars and information sessions specifically for the thousands of display, print and point of sale packaging visitors to the co-located Melbourne shows.
The Adobe stand is centrally position within the PrintCom Expo and is adjacent to the high traffic midpoint of Visual Impact Image Expo and the two retail marketing shows (POPAI’s Marketing at Retail Expo and Retail 2011).
The free sessions will run continuously throughout the three expo days and will be practical and highly targeted to production printing for the 3 key market segments. Adobe will provide a valuable software prize each day for a lucky winner, so make sure you drop a card into the Adobe stand and of course take in some highly relevant tips and techniques whilst at the show.
Michael Stoddart, head of Creative Solutions at Adobe Asia Pacific, who is co-ordinating the firm’s presence at the PrintCom Expo 2011 said, “We had an excellent Sydney show in 2010 with GASAA which proved to be a valuable engagement with our traditional print providers as well as the signage and retail marketing community. This year we’re looking forward to extending this engagement with presentations that demonstrate Adobe’s offerings well beyond publication printing.”
The co-located partners of the show are pleased to have Adobe on board.
Peter Harper, General Manager of Visual Industries Suppliers Association said, “Adobe is an important player in the display and signage industry and we welcome their continued involvement in the co-located shows.”
Karen Spear, General Manager of POPAI Australia & New Zealand, followed on by saying, “POPAI and the retail marketing sector is delighted that Adobe will once again be at the co-located show and is working on presentations specifically aimed at POPAI and its influential membership.”
Simon Cooper, Managing Director of Interpoint Events said “marketing buyers to Retail 2011 will be keen to also move around the co-located shows and will definitely take the opportunity to stop in at the Adobe stand to pick up some tips and tricks on working with Adobe software in the retail packaging and marketing space.”
Finally, Garry Knespal, Executive Officer of GASAA, who has been instrumental in seeing Adobe support the industry through the association’s tradeshows said; “GASAA congratulates Adobe for seizing the moment and taking a highly visible, direct and informative presence at what is fast becoming the tradeshow that brings creative and buyers together in the display, print and retail marketing professional.”
“Adobe always attracts a crowd and brings such great energy whenever it goes public,” concluded Mr Knespal.
