Konica Minolta IJ Technologies will be unveiling for the first time the Nassenger PRO 1000 and Nassenger PRO 60, two new models in its Nassenger series of inkjet textile printing systems.

The new models will be debuted at ITMA 2011, an international textile and garment machinery exhibition to be held at Barcelona, Spain, from Thursday, September 22 through Thursday, September 29.

The Nassenger PRO 1000 is for high-volume production and the Nassenger PRO 60 is for one low-volume production. These models provide total solutions for all inkjet production, from the production of samples to full-scale production.

Outlines of two models are as follows:

The Nassenger PRO 1000  
As the premier model of the Nassenger series, the Nassenger PRO 100 features a more robust lineup of the kind of functions required for full-scale production.

1. The world’s fastest printing speed for a scan type inkjet printer: 1,000m2 per hour (according to Konica Minolta research)

3. The first inkjet textile printing system to be able to accommodate nine colors of ink (according to Konica Minolta research)

4. High-capacity ink supply system (40L of each color)

5. Makes possible high-speed production that is consistent due to the newly developed nozzle sensor and floating-fabric sensors.

6. Equipped with a remote printer diagnostic function

The Nassenger PRO 60

As the popular model of the Nassenger series, for sample production and production in small lots.

1. Has sufficient functions and a printing speed of 60m2 per hour adequate for the production of samples and small lots

2. Equipped with nine high-density, wide printheads developed by Konica Minolta

3. A compact design that combines a textile winder, textile dryer, and textile unwinder into a single unit

4. The first inkjet textile printing system to be able to accommodate nine colors of ink (according to Konica Minolta research)

5. Can be used as a proofing device for the Nassenger PRO 1000

Nassenger’s water-based textile inks are safe to use, having undergone all types of safety testing. Another feature of the high-performance ink is durability that holds up under repeated laundering and friction.
