Friday, the 26th of August was Gary Reynold's final days as CEO of Supply One having spent 29 years building the company from nothing.
A sad day also for his 26 staff who now have to find alternative employment.
Gary tried in vain to find a rescuing company to bail him out but on Friday the 26th his final attempt came to nothing and he was forced to liquidate his company.
An estimated $1.2 million in stock will go under the hammer shortly.

Particularly hard hit was MACtac who relied on Supply One as one of their major distributors. David Worth, the ANZ manager of the company wrote a letter which we distributed earlier requesting patience from their customer base whist they find an alternative distribution channel.
A sad day indeed for this iconic company.

For every negative there is a positive. I can look back over the last 29 years that Supply One has been in existence and that holds extremely true, The success and failure, the hard work and the easier times, the happiness and the sorrow, the smiles, the tears, both sides of the equation, never only one side but always both sides.
I had a belief and a wish and was privileged to be given the power to make it come true.
I would like to sincerely thank you all for the support given over the last 29 years and to leave with pride and appreciation to the people that allowed me to be part of their lives Suppliers, customers and even opposition that I have had, I thank you all.
I apologise if we have let you down in any way and let you know that this was never my intention. Sometimes beyond my control, but the buck stops with me and again my sincere appreciation and apologies,
They say that everything you do comes to an end in some shape and form, down to the most unimaginable situation of closing the doors, and telling your hard working loyal staff, there is no more work and they need to find a new job!
I would especially like to thank the staff who have been with us over the years and hopefully you will all grow and evolve as you all know there is no end to your growth. Thank you all.
