Spicers are delighted to announce that it has formed a partnership with Budde International, with Peter Maginn from Budde assuming the role of National Product Manager – Fotoba, RollsRoller and Wasatch within the Spicers business.
Budde International has distribution agreements with a range of prestigious products: the Fotoba digital trimmers, the RollsRoller Flatbed Applicator and Wasatch computer software.
As part of the partnership, Peter will work exclusively with our sales and technical support teams for these products, as well as selling them directly on our behalf. He will be based at our Sydney office but will be working nationally to ensure these great products are available across the entire business.
Spicers are thrilled to be embarking on this partnership in a time where there is a dire need for quality finishing systems. ‘We discovered that many printers had super-fast presses, but slow or non-existent finishing systems to complement them,’ comments Rohan Dean, Emerging Business Manager, Spicers Australia. ‘As an example, some printers were resorting to running their presses at a slower speed, just to cope with the finishing requirements. But with the Fotoba and RollsRoller range of finishing and converting systems, you’ve got the complete package, saving valuable time, manpower, and money.’
This partnership is also an important step for Spicers as Peter’s experience combined with Budde’s excellent reputation and high integrity will further cement our position as an acknowledged key player in sign and display hardware and consumables distribution.
