AGS has announced that during March they are relocating their current Brisbane (Capalaba) Distribution Centre to new larger premises at 111 Benjamin Place, Lytton.
This move to Benjamin Place will see the consolidation of all aspects of the AGS business in one state of the art facility. The increased operating efficiencies attained from the new premises will allow for continued growth and ensure that AGS customers will further benefit from industry leading ‘order to despatch’ performance.
To minimize business disruptions, the relocation will occur in two stages.
Stage 1 – Relocation of substrates/plastics division
AGS substrates/plastics division will be closed for moving on Friday, 15th March 2013.
Important Dates for substrate customers:
- All cut orders for despatch must be received by 4pm Tuesday 12th March.
- All cut orders for collection must be received by 4pm Wednesday 13th March.
- All un-cut substrates orders will need to be received by 4pm Wednesday 13th March.
Collection and despatch will be from the current Capalaba Distribution Centre until 4pm Thursday, 14th March.
AGS Substrates division will then be due to operate from the new Lytton premises from Monday, 18th March.
Please note, payment for pre-pay customers will need to be arranged through Brisbane Head Office on 1300 132 677 prior to collection
Stage 2 – Relocation of signage and transfer divisions
AGS signage and transfer divisions including the Technical Services and the Brisbane Head Office will be relocating periodically from Monday, 18th March to limit business disruptions. Watch this space for more information and updates.
