Anitech has announced a corporate restructure which launches a series of initiatives from the new management team, designed to create a positive future for the company and its clients.
The company has deconstructed its existing State branch structure in favour of an area management system that sees its Australian operations divided into two specific areas, the northern region, encompassing QLD, ACT, NSW and NT, and the southern region that includes VIC, SA WA and TAS. The move, designed to free up the management process and provide greater flexibility and autonomy, will see the Neil Gomez taking over the northern region and Cameron McGregor handling the southern region.
CEO, Stephen Pratt explains; “This restructure into north and south regions reflects the changing nature of our business and the forward focus of Anitech in providing a higher service standard to existing and future clients. These changes have come about as a result of a recent company review led by myself and our recently appointed General Manager, Sales and Marketing, Mark Brown.”
Under the new structure both Neil Gomez and Cameron McGregor will report direct to Mark Brown who reports to Stephen Pratt.

Stephen Pratt summarised, “When we link together these new structural and staff changes with some of the new initiatives we have in the pipeline, it provides a whole new feeling for Anitech’s future. The senior management team and Anitech brand will continue to grow and our clients will be the major beneficiaries.”
Stephen, Mark, Neil and Cameron will be on the Anitech stand 438 at Pacprint/Visual Impact Image Expo exhibition in May and visitors are welcome to meet the new executive team.
Staff changes and the new regional restructuring are effective immediately.
