Roland DG implement new accreditation scheme to guarantee the highest level of technical excellence for Roland DG service engineers on a world-wide basis.
Technicians and service engineers from Roland DG Australia and its authorised agents, recently completed service accreditation as part a global accreditation scheme launched by Roland DG's Japanese head office in late 2012.
Currently being rolled out on a global scale, this new scheme scheme aims to create a clear standard of excellence for service engineers, ensures best practise and guarantees the highest level of technical excellence is carried out on a world-wide basis.
"Our Roland service engineers have always been exceptionally well-qualified and professional," said Solomon Ferreira, Roland DG Australia National Service Manager, "Building upon our current accreditation programs, this new certification globally formalises Roland's standard of technical and engineering excellence."
The new Roland DG Engineer Accreditation process includes a series of complex written and practical tests on Roland machinery and was overseen by certification specialists from Roland DG Japan. All 18 Australian authorised Roland service engineers passed the new international technical accreditation certificate, and New Zealand accreditations are to be completed in the near future.
Each certified Roland engineer also now holds an official ID card to verify their qualification so customers have total peace of mind that they are in the hands of a qualified professional.
