Bordeaux Digital Printink together with its African distributor Graphix Supply World (GSW) will introduce their new environmentally friendly water-based solutions to the South African market, at the Sign Africa expo taking place from the 21st to the 23rd of August 2013 at the Sandton Convention Centre near Johannesburg.
Bordeaux will show how print shops can increase their value and printing with sustainable print solutions like the unique Latex-based ink series; new Dye Sublimation inks, Eco Solvent, UV & UV LED inks, UV and water based coatings as well as innovative inkjet technologies.
Bordeaux and GSW will present the UV & UV LED ink primers that improve ink adhesion on challenging surfaces like plastic and glass as well as its Liquid Laminates for Fleet, Signs and banners, which protect graphics from extreme weather conditions like acid rain and extends the print life for long term increased value to the print shop and its customers.
Visitors will also see demonstrations of Bordeaux’s Latex-based ink, EDEN LX, on a solvent to latex converted Roland printer. This new ink provides outdoor durability and easy conversion from solvent printers to Latex inks.
The first 40 customers who pre-order a Bordeaux eco-solvent ink set for a Mimaki or Roland printer at the Sign Africa expo will receive a free Smart bulk ink delivery system. The bulk system enables print shops to replace OEM chips, monitor ink level with 100% accuracy and receive alerts when to replace the ink bag in order to maximize print productivity and reduce ink waste. This bulk ink system will be visible on a Mimaki printer using the mild solvent FUZE MS33 ink, conveniently available in 1L durable and sealed bags including chips and re-setter.
