DES has launched a new range of optically clear products for use with UV, Eco Solvent & Mild Solvent printers.
Customers looking for a window graphic now have the option to choose which printer will best suit their applications. Optically clear films are ideally used for window displays, glass partitions, signboards and internally illuminated signs. Optically clear polyester films have a bright glossy surface and are dimensionally stable.
Eclipse Ultra clear film UV has a special coating that promotes ink adhesion. The back is coated with an anti-static treatment to improve transport through the printer and the flexible film is 7mil thick with the added advantage of roll to roll productivity. Available for all UV printers, this product was displayed at Pacprint and received significant interest, especially for the day/night signage applications printed using the unique EFI VUTEk 3 layer white system on the DES stand.
MACtac JT5409RUV Polyester Film has a clear removable adhesive. The face film is 50ums thick with an anti-scratch top coat that has a 2 year outdoor durability. 100% phthalate and chlorine free. Suitable for UV Printers
