3M Commercial Graphics has once again added to its 3M MCS Warranty for finished graphics, with the new addition of Mimaki UV Ink LUS-200 for the Mimaki UJV500-160 UV curable inkjet printer.
This ink was jointly developed by 3M and Mimaki, and is covered by the 3M MCS Warranty when applied onto 3M media and installed using 3M guidelines. When UV Ink LUS-200 is used appropriately, stretching will not crack the image, making the product ideal for applications with curved surfaces such as vehicle wraps.
UV Ink LUS-200 offers outdoor durability for a wide range of flexible applications. Mimaki’s new UJV500-160 printer enables fast print speeds and supports long-lasting, energy-saving LED UV lamps. Since UV inks cure immediately when exposed to UV light, no drying time is required, dramatically improving efficiency. Additionally, UV inks have an environmental advantage by being a low VOC printing option.
