The Extrim is the most recent electricrotary cutter from FLEXA, Italy to be introduced by Starleaton Digital Solutions.
This excellent device allows the user to instantly increase productivity without having to the need for extensive training or a high level of skill. Extrim has been developed focusing on the following fundamental features:
Functionality. Simple to use and extremely accurate, Extrim is suitable for cutting a wide range of flexible materials of up to 1.8 mm thickness. Some examples: paper, cardboard, polyester film, PVC banners, various fabrics and canvases, media for digital printing (also laminated and double-sided), polycarbonate film..
Speed. Extrim is efficient and fast. The maximum cutting speed of 100 m/min, ensures a tremendous increase in productivity.
Ergonomics. Extrim has been designed to best fit the users’ requirements. The automatically lowering pressure bar which holds the material during the cutting function, the cutting speed regulator, the constant LED illuminating system and the metallic work plane allowing the use of holding magnets for easy realignment of the material.
Safety. All cutting operations with Extrim are extremely safe and guarantee a fast work flow. Thanks to the protection of all moving parts and the automatic blade lock, the user is safe from any type of accidental contact.
