Sign Essentials have announced the appointment of Solomon Ferreira to the role of Service Manager.

Solomon is joining a team with a significant technical presence already, the plan is to make support levels even better.  Solomon has previously filled similar roles in other organisations - most recently he was Service Manager for Roland

Sign Essentials General Manager Sean Strange said “the knowledge and experience Solomon brings with him will be invaluable in providing Sign Essentials’ large stable of Roland customers prompt and informative responses to their service requests. With his technical background he will also be a huge asset looking after our other hardware products, most notably the Impact CNC range.”
Solomon will be working closely with Sign Essentials’ two existing service technicians, Dayne Liebelt and Simon George, and he will be the first point of contact for anyone requiring service-related assistance.
With Solomon’s arrival David Strange has now been appointed to the role of Technical Manager.  He is concentrating on technical support and will handle installation and training in particular.
