The new Canon imagePROGRAF iPF670 is an entry level 24 inch, five colour printer that has all of the best features of earlier models but additionally includes faster speed and a new magenta Lucia ink that allows for a wider colour gamut.
Canon are claiming that the iPF670 can output an A1 page in 28 seconds in the fastest print mode. Hot swap 130ml inks are used.

| The iPF 770 |
The iPF770 includes all of the above but is a 36 inch model. In addition the iPF770 is also available as a MFP, with an optional large format scanner and 22” touchscreen display attachment.
Two hot swappable black pigment ink tanks supplement the standard dye inks for richer, sharper blacks, while making it easier to mark-up CAD artwork without smearing the print.
Other new features allow for an improved workflow before and after printing. Accounting software makes it easier for small businesses to manage costs and margins. A print utility for Apple iPad enables mobile users to view and print files straight from their mobile devices, particularly suited for construction sites and other architecture scenarios. Finally, a new stand design allows for easy switching between a basket or flat-stacking print output.
