Fujifilm Australia has added a highly experienced graphic arts systems technical manager to its support staff.
Most recently with Kodak servicing NexPress digital presses, document imaging systems and photofinishing labs, Michael Clare is appointed as Technical Support Manager – Graphic Systems.

Michael’s prior experience includes almost twelve years with Oyo Digital Imaging, supporting customers in the screen and textile printing industry, using the Oyo thermal digital film imagesetters with Harlequin Rips. This senior role covered Australia, S.E. Asia and South Africa. He was also responsible for supporting the DuPont direct-to-textile Artistri 2020 wide format printers.
His more than twenty years experience began as a prepress operator with Sydney’s pioneering WYSIWYG Design, the first HP Indigo user in Australia.
He considers himself a focused team player, saying: “I work hard at everything I do and will do everything I can to help customers and my colleagues succeed both as individuals and as a team. I believe that strong support and customer relations are paramount to the development and maintenance of a strong position in the graphics industry. Fujifilm’s commitment in these areas makes this a perfect career move for me and it’s great to be onboard.”

Michael Clare’s private interests cover gardening, swimming, snow skiing and the arts.
