www.allprintclassifieds.com.au, the region’s only dedicated Classified ad magazine for the 2nd hand printing, packaging and related industries which was launched only 6 weeks ago has received an unprecedented welcome with users placing approximately 150 free ads to date with many of the ads helping to sell the item being advertised.
However feedback indicated that the magazine and its associated Friday newsletter needed some major changes in order to improve its functionality.
The most important change was to the Main Menu, this has now been changed from a vertical menu to a horizontal menu making it possible for both the ads and the New Ad application form to be visible on the screen. Previously, visitors had to scroll down in order to see the ads, etc., and for first time user this was confusing as it seemed that nothing had changed when one of the menu items were clicked.
Then another important addition has been made to the magazine with the addition of a Directory of 2nd hand dealers across the region. This will prove popular for our industry members when the services of a dealer are required, for the first time they can see a list of players involved. This will be promoted to the industry in order to encourage them all to be listed.
Stories on the 2nd hand industry will also be featured in the coming weeks and months in order to highlight the importance of the 2nd hand industry to the overall print and packaging industries in our region.
The Friday newsletter, as many of you will have seen was also under review with the some important refinements being incorporated. These will continue as feedback is received from industry on what people want from these valuable industry assets.
Both the All Print Classifieds online magazine and its newsletters will continue to be refined in order to make them both even more functional and recommendations from industry are welcome.
