Canadian company Digital Sign Technologies Inc. claims to have made three versions of a print head cleaning machine called the Print Head Doctor with versions 11, 12 and 13.
The machine cleans print heads automatically through a remote control mobile app.
Print Head Doctor 11 shows real-time diagnostics with software that Digital Sign Technologies have developed inhouse. Custom cleaning cycles can be controlled through a smartphone.
The specifications the company has listed are:

Digital Sign Technologies Inc. have stated that Print Head Doctor 11 can fully recover clogged and damaged printheads with significant savings potential for the machine owners.
The more advanced model, the Print Head Doctor 12, is equipped with automatic pressure control with a digital pressure readout and a fluid temperature control. It creates higher flow and higher pressure which allows the cleaning of more than one printhead at once with better efficiency.
Print Head Doctor 13 includes all the features of model 11 and 12 plus the capability of automatic switching the fluid flow direction in all four of its outputs. Without changing a printhead setup, this machine can do all the cleaning cycles in a fully autonomous mode. It’s designed for the most advanced users looking to recover large volumes of print heads with minimal operator intervention.
