“Local Sales, Local Service and Local Support” is the philosophy behind three of the sign industry’s most experienced suppliers. Project Engraving and Digital, (Sydney and Perth), iMedia Imaging Supplies (Melbourne), and Sign Essentials (Brisbane) have joined forces to provide the local touch right across the country!
Although the three companies are individually owned and operated, they share many of the same philosophies on Customer Service. “We all firmly believe that to run a successful business you must concentrate on looking after your local customers first and foremost” says Sean Strange, of Sign Essentials.

“You can’t spread your resources too thin or Customer Service will suffer. By sharing technical information, marketing ideas, and product knowledge we are able to provide the highest levels of information and advice to our local customers”
“Through our longstanding Roland dealerships our companies have known each other for many years” said Adrian Holdaway of Projects. “It’s great to know we can refer interstate prospects to one of the other dealers and be confident they will be given the right advice and support.”
By sharing ideas the three companies are also able to make informed decisions on possible new products. “Recently we all became distributors of the Agfa :Anapurna range of UV flatbeds” relates Chris Lewis-Williams of iMedia. “We were able to share information, samples and knowledge to ensure the product met our expectations. It has worked out well!”
