Many of the Signarama and Embroidme owners will remember Brian, hopefully with a great degree of fondness. Well for those of you that do remember Brian you will be horrified to hear that he was involved in that bus crash a few weeks back in Melbourne when a bus was going at speed under a bridge that was too low for the height of the bus. The roof was literally ripped off the bus resulting in many injuries to thos on board.
It was widely reported in local and national news at the time.
Brian has told us that he spent 5 days in intensive care at the Royal Melbourne Hospital and is now in rehabilitation at the Epworth Rehab Centre in Richmond Melbourne. He suffered three fractured ribs, fractured Collarbone, a spine fracture and will be recuperating in Melbourne for three weeks before being transfered back to Sydney. He will have to wear a collarbrace for the next 7-12 weeks which means no driving a motor car for the next 12 weeks.
Frankly, from what we understand he and the other injured passengers on that bus are very lucky to be alive.
