While completing a Bachelor of Business, Fine Arts, Marketing and Drama in 2013, Tara Kingi worked as a Program Coordinator for The Real Me program and also as a Seminar presenter for Elevate Education delivering one-hour seminars to up to 50 students at one time.
After completing her studies, Tara enthusiasm to learn and further enhance her knowledge and skills lead her to attaining a Google Analytics Qualification online and an internship with Performance Frontiers.
Following this, Tara went on to attain a position as a Content Marketing Strategist for a marketing and advertising agency in Brisbane. Today Tara is a real digital marketing all rounder, with knowledge in areas such as social media marketing, strategy and a particular interest in Facebook & Instagram and connecting brands with influencers.
Sandra O’Neill – The Marketing Division Australia
Sandra provides specialist marketing training sharing 25 years experience in business and marketing incorporating media, advertising, business development, sales, management, consulting and training. Sandra imparts this real-world knowledge combining both traditional marketing principles and new practices in this evolving field by teaching the methodology behind the processes. Having worked within SME’s and corporate organisations around Australia, UK, America and New Zealand, her knowledge is broad relating to the diverse challenges that small businesses encounter across a variety of industries.
Sandra has a specialised business in marketing consulting and training, The Marketing Division Australia, inspired to up-skill owners and managers of SME’s in marketing and likewise educating vocational students to extend their careers through nationally recognised Advanced Diploma qualifications in marketing, sales and business, through development of courses, on-line study and teaching within colleges. As well as a national training facilitator for the Australian Marketing Institute, Sandra has authored a ‘How To’ Marketing Series of resource books and consults to companies all around Australia.
Richard Zydonik - Rowmark
Richard Zydonik is Vice President of Sales & Business Development at Rowmark, LLC. Rich has been with the company since 2000 and has served as the VP of Sales & Marketing for much of that time. Prior to working at Rowmark, Rich spent over fifteen years working for the founding manufacturers of rotary & laser engraving systems in several capacities including Operations Management, Worldwide Sales, General Manager and President.
Rich has written extensively for the Awards & Engraving Magazine and has also authored “The Engravers Bible”, the definitive text for engravers. Rich is active on several industry marketing and educational boards and is Past President of the Awards and Recognition Association, serving 4,000 members. Rich currently serves on several Advisory Boards helping local businesses grow and prosper
Rich is active in the Findlay community. He has served on the Board of Directors and Foundation for the Children’s Mentoring Connection serving “at risk” children of Hancock County and served as President in 2007. Rich and his wife Laurie live in Findlay, Ohio.
