Roland DG Australia is proud to once again be a Platinum Sponsor at Visual Impact Brisbane. As well as unveiling its brand new TrueVIS VG Series of printers/cutters, Roland DG will display other recently released printers and engraving solutions, as well as a range of inspirational applications and workflows.
Visitors to the Roland DG stand can view the most recent addition to the wide format line up: the completely re-imagined TrueVIS VG Series of printer/cutters. With a rigid new industrial design, exclusive FlexFire print heads, new GreenGuard GOLD certified TrueVIS inks, enhanced cutting technology, plus Bluetooth-enabled control panel operation via smartphones and tablets; the future of print and cut has arrived with the TrueVIS VG Series.
In addition, Roland DG will display three recently released products for the first time at an industry event: the VersaUV LEF-300 Benchtop UV Printer, the SOLJET EJ-640 Wide Format Printer and the Texart XT-640 Dye Sublimation Printer.
The latest addition to the LEF series, the LEF-300 produces brilliant colours and superb images directly to a range of materials including three dimensional items up to 100mm thick. The EJ-640 includes new inks and 1-litre cartridges that cost up to 35% lower than the competition, resulting in high-volume, low-maintenance printing and bold colours on wall and vehicle wraps, posters, banners and signs. The XT-640 is built to meet the demanding production requirements of the textile industry, delivering outstanding quality, reliability and high-speed performance.
Dedicated applications and personalisation areas designed to educate on production workflows will also be producing real-world samples and giveaways to inspire customers. Roland users will be available to discuss their experiences with using Roland DG’s solutions and the benefits they’ve been able to add to their business.
The team will be running the successful Roland “Print for Purpose” program for the Starlight Foundation, producing posters on the EJ-640 and key rings on the LEF-300, and donating these to help with Starlight’s marketing campaigns.
